I been farming for an hour and it still hasn’t dropped yet and wondering how low is the drop rate for it? It took me a week of farming Steel and Flame but it finally dropped eventually. Those were the only two I was missing, but had to bite to bullet and decided to do the duels instead after 2 weeks of grinding them. I promise they do! The Waking Nightmare. Landmark. Patch 2.2. It's hard to get a committed group for a Nightmare run, considering the time commitment it takes (my Nightmare runs consist of 3 members, WAR/Heal/DPS, so the rarity of 3 whistles is ultra low).The Waking Nightmare.
